MEETING IN THE HOTEL

Hotel can be used as a meeting point to celebrate small meetings, trainings or seminars for reduced groups up to ten or twelve people.

Located on the ground floor of the building, the hotel has a multipurpose room equipped with modern and flexible furniture allowing different configurations. It can be used for meetings, presentations and small conferences, interviews and recruitment, work groups, etc. and is adaptable to what the event requires.

We want your meetings with suppliers, customers or employees will take place in a comfortable and functional environment, assuring its success.

  • Photocopy service at reception.
  • Taxi transfer service: pick up and transport from and to airports, stations, etc. Please ask while booking.

Conditions

BOOKING GUARANTEE    
  • The hotel asks for a credit card number with its expiration date to confirm the reservation.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY    

Validity: All the year, for all reservations.
Criteria:    

  • If cancelled or modified before the 2 days prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the amount of one day of use will be charged.

Penalty: 

  • The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of one day of use to cover cancellation cost, for cancellations made in less than 2 days before the arrival date.
